processed. Order processing can take up to 48 hours. Each product is custom-made and therefore
orders with multiple products can arrive in separate packages on different days. If you would
like expedited shipping there is an additional charge to meet a specific delivery dates. Please
email us at shipping@spiritshop.com to make this request.
Please note: There is NO guarantee associated with expedited shipping.
Please be sure that your credit or debit card billing
information is entered correctly. Mistakes in billing information and
insufficient funds on debit cards account for most of the delays in shipping
products.

experience for many of our customers. In order to alleviate any concerns you
might have with this new method of purchasing, Spirit Shop has put in place a
100% Satisfaction Guarantee. While most customized products are not generally
accompanied by a satisfaction guarantee, we are more than confident that you
will be happy with your purchase.
However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we are here to help.
- If we made a mistake, we will replace your item or refund your money. Simply
contact customer support within 7 days of receiving your order and we will
process your refund or exchange.
- If you made a mistake, such as ordering the wrong size or not proofreading
your design, give us a call and we promise to work with you to find a
reasonable solution that will satisfy you.
