| What is the Spirit Shop Affiliate Program and how does it work? |
| Our Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to our
web site. You do this by placing links and/or banners on your site. Every time
a customer you've referred to us makes a purchase, you will earn at least a 10%
commission. In every month that you've earned more than $25, we will send
you a check for the percentage of the sales you refer to our site. |

| Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate? |
| No! It's absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program. |

| I operate more than one web site. Can I still be an Affiliate? |
| Yes. You can have multiple sites as an Affiliate. You will have one Affiliate
account with us that will include all of your sites. You can track the progress
of each of your sites and be paid with only one commission check. |

| How do I create links to Spirit Shop? |
| We have an automatic tag generator on Spirit Shop's Affiliate Site that creates
HTML for you to simply cut and paste into your web site. If you know basic HTML
you can simply put a hyperlink directly to any page on the Spirit Shop’s site,
including school home pages, a specific product or a sports specific landing
page (eg. Cross Country gear). It's so easy to do, even beginners can create
links in seconds.

| What type of links and banners are available for my site? |
| We have a creative suite of banners and text ads for targeting specific
categories of customers. Use the most relevant links to target your sites’
audience or ask us for a custom banner that fits your site. |

| How much and how often will I get paid? |
| You will receive up to 12.5% (see commission schedule) of product sales
referred through your site. The exact commissionable revenue is based on the $
value of products sold after any volume or promotional discounts and does not
include shipping or taxes collected. You will not receive credit for orders
that are canceled prior to shipment. Credit for orders that are returned will
be deducted from your balance. We will send you a check every month for a
percentage of the sales you referred to our site, provided you earned more than
$25. |

| How are orders tracked? |
| Spirit Shop uses Kowabunga Technologies' critically acclaimed MyAp9 Software to
track and report on affiliate sales. Our software ensures the most accurate
tracking and reporting from internet sales through the use of first party
cookies - a tag that lets us know where the customer came from. If any one of
those visitors makes a purchase while their cookie is valid, you get credit for
the sale. A customer will have 30 days to complete the purchase after their
initial visit for the affiliate to receive commission on that purchase. |

| How do I view reports on my sales? |
| Through Spirit Shop's Affiliate Site you can access reports, which are updated
daily, that provide information on impressions, click-throughs, orders, and
commissions earned.
