Return Policy
*Please read all sizing charts and verify that your order is correct beforeplacing.Due to all
items being customized, there is no guarantee for the opportunity of resale. A 25%
restocking fee will be assessed for all merchandise returned or needing to be exchanged.
We will not accept returns or exchanges for Free or Promotional items ordered incorrectly.
We request you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order so we may provide you
with a return authorization (RA) number. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted
outside this time frame. If an item is received damaged or incorrect from which that was
ordered, we will correct the mistake with no further charge to you or refund you within 30
days of receipt. Items received damaged must be returned with the original packaging.
Bulk Orders are customized and non-returnable. As always we will accept returns for
damaged or misprinted goods.
** Items Returned without an RMA number will not be processed **
To return your products:
- Call us at 1-800-556-7502 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. Please specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
- Write the RMA number on the packing slip & include the slip with your product to return.

Alterations/Cancellations
We only honor alterations made by the end of business (4pm PST) the same day an order is placed.
All orders placed on a weekend/holiday can be altered up until 9am PST the following business day.
We only honor cancellations until 12am midnight PST the same day an order is placed. To cancel an order log into Your Account, find the correct order, click on the order ID number, and click on the "cancel" button located at the bottom left side of the page. The status of that order should change to "cancelled".
Cancellations made to any part of an order after 12am midnight PST will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee.
Alterations or cancellation on a bulk order are only accepted by the end of business day (4pm PST) the same day an order is placed.
Shipping Options
You have the option to choose from USPS Priority, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Ground. If you request shipment to a PO BOX, an APO/FPO location, or any international address, it will be shipped via USPS.
From time to time we may experience delays in our production process, due to but not limited to, unforeseen increases in demand, holidays, third party vendor logistics, work stoppage, power failures, and a variety of other variables that could adversely affect the daily operations of Prep Sportswear.
USPS Priority
All orders are expected to be completed within 4-5 business days. A business day is Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers can expect delivery 2-3 days, excluding Sundays. Therefore, it is estimated that customers will receive orders within 6-8 days. An email confirmation with a tracking number will be sent upon the shipping of your order.
UPS 2nd Day Air
All orders are expected to be completed within 4-5 business days. A business day is Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers can expect delivery two (2) business days after the order is shipped. Therefore, it is estimated that customers will receive orders within 6-7 business days. Once your order leaves our facility a tracking number is available by viewing My Account.
3 Day Select
All orders are expected to be completed within 4-5 business days. A business day is Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers can expect delivery three (3) business days after the order is shipped. Therefore, it is estimated that customers will receive orders within 7-8 business days. Once your order leaves our facility a tracking number is available by viewing My Account.
UPS Ground
All orders are expected to be completed within 4-5 business days. A business day is Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays.
Orders are estimated to take 1-6 days to deliver; therefore customers can expect to receive their order in 5-11 business days, depending on the final destination. Once your order leaves our facility a tracking number is available by viewing My Account.
International Orders
We do ship orders to International addresses. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-556-7502 to place an order, get shipping rates and/or estimated times of delivery.
