Return Policy
Because your Spirit Shop product was created especially for you, we can only accept limited returns.
Damaged/Incorrect Products
Items damaged in shipment or produced incorrectly can be returned for free replacement or a refund within 30 days. Damaged or incorrect products must be returned to our factory. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. No checks will be issued.
Correctly Produced Products
To return items that are not damaged or incorrectly produced, there is a 25% restocking fee. Follow the directions below to process your return.
Please note we cannot accept returns on free or promotional items ordered incorrectly.
Bulk orders cannot be returned.
To Return Your Product(s):
Call us at 1-800-556-7502 within 15 days of receiving your order to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
Once you have an RMA number, return your items to us within 30 days.
Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip with your return. Any product returned after 30 days or without an RMA number will not be processed.

Changes/Cancellations
Changes to orders must be made by 11:59 pm PT the same day an order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday can be changed or cancelled up until 9:00 am PT the following business day by calling Customer Service at 1-800-556-7502. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Cancellations must be made by 11:59 pm PT the same day an order is placed. To cancel an order log into Your Account, find the correct order, click on the order ID number, and click on the "cancel" button at the bottom left side of the page. The status of that order will change to "cancelled".
Cancellations made to any part of an order after 11:59 pm PT will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee.
Changes or cancellations on bulk orders are only accepted before 11:59 pm PT on the same day the order is placed.
Shipping Options
You can choose from USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Ground, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Express Saver, or FedEx Ground. If you request shipment to a PO Box, APO/FPO location, or international address, it will be shipped via USPS.
On rare occasion we may experience delays in our production process due to, but not limited to, unforeseen increases in demand, holidays, third party vendor logistics, work stoppage, power failures, inclement weather, or other variables that could adversely affect the daily operations of Prep Sportswear.
USPS Priority Mail
All orders are expected to be completed in 4 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers can expect delivery 2 to 3 days (excluding Sundays) after an order is complete. Therefore, it is estimated that customers will receive orders in 6 to 8 days. An email confirmation with a tracking number will be sent when your order is shipped.
UPS 2nd Day Air
All orders are expected to be completed in 4 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers can expect delivery 2 business days after the order is shipped. Therefore, it is estimated that customers will receive orders in 6 to 7 business days. Once your order leaves our facility a tracking number is available by viewing Your Account.
UPS 3 Day Select
All orders are expected to be completed in 4 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers can expect delivery 3 business days after the order is shipped. Therefore, it is estimated that customers will receive orders in 7 to 8 business days. Once your order leaves our facility a tracking number is available by viewing Your Account.
UPS Ground
All orders are expected to be completed in 4 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders are estimated to take 1 to 6 days to deliver; therefore customers can expect to receive their order in 5 to 11 business days, depending on the destination. Once your order leaves our facility a tracking number is available by viewing Your Account.
FedEx 2 Day
All orders are expected to be completed in 4 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers can expect delivery 2 business days after an order is complete. Thus, it is estimated that customers will receive orders in 6 to 7 business days. Once your order leaves our facility a tracking number is available by viewing Your Account.
FedEx Express Saver
All orders are expected to be completed in 4 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers can expect delivery 3 business days after an order is complete. Thus, it is estimated that customers will receive orders in 7 to 8 business days. Once your order leaves our facility a tracking number is available by viewing Your Account.
FedEx Ground
All orders are expected to be completed in 4 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers can expect delivery 2 to 5 days after an order is complete. Thus, it is estimated that customers will receive orders in 6 to 10 days. Please note that FedEx Ground delivers from Tuesday through Saturday only. Once your order leaves out facility a tracking number is available by viewing Your Account.
International Orders
We do ship orders to international addresses. International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International and usually arrive in 6 to 10 days after your order has finished production.
